I love that the owner set up each room According to the personality of each of women family members, Aunties, Grandma and mother. This place is everything. Music, drinks and food. Bless this business great Spirit.

We celebrated my grandmother’s birthday here, and the experience was outstanding. The food was served hot and fresh, and everything we ordered was delicious.
Despite our large party of 22, the service was exceptional—the best we’ve experienced with a group of that size. Our waitress, Angel, truly lived up to her name. She was patient, attentive, and ensured every order was accurate.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely return whenever we’re on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Thank you to the entire Almanette team!

They have the BEST catfish and made from scratch tartar sauce! Great environment with friendly staff who always make me feel comfortable when I go in by myself.

Karaoke Tonight!! I bought my 93 year old mother and my daughter out for a night of entertainment, participation, good food, loud company, and warm friendly environment. We enjoyed it all, including the busload of seniors out having fun on the Coast.

We booked this last minute & was lucky to find availability. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Bar had great drinks & location is convenient. I would definitely book again!!

We were in visiting from the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, just a little one-night getaway for us. Conveniently located right near the aquarium, which we had visited before checking-in. The Almanette is absolutely Wonderful!!! Delicious food, fantastic service all around, clean room. Everything was great! So happy to have found this place. Our bathroom provided all the necessities, including facial wipes, which I appreciated, since I forgot mine.
The ONLY thing I felt it was missing was a mini-fridge in our room, that would have been really useful for us to keep leftover meals and a few cold drinks in. There is a microwave in the common area, which was great, I got a plate from downstairs and used it to heat up my bread pudding. 🤗

Such a hidden gem. The restaurant food was delicious with excellent service. I had the lollipop lamb chops with collard greens and jambalaya. Everything was so good. I went on a Saturday afternoon. Met the owner too. Hes super kool and looks like Red Fox lol. Im def returning to try more on the menu and experience their events like live bands and spoken word.

I went for the poetry night. The lamb chops where blissful amd the drinks were good. The service was a bit slow but the place was packed full with only one or two servers. The parking was difficult and they kept allowing people in with nowhere to sit. All im all ill go back because the poetry was great and the food was amazing! I did not stay in a room since it wasnt necessary for me.

I'm a florist and I did some birthday arrangements for a client and fell in love with the place. Planning to go there for dinner tonight 😋
