Umi Japanese Sushi Hibachi offers friendly and attentive staff, with super quick and fantastic service. The food is absolutely amazing, with most flavorful vegetable hibachi and massive portions. The sushi rolls were art, and the hibachi was cooked to perfection. Everything tastes incredibly fresh and well-prepared, with beautiful presentation. The restaurant is spotless, clean, and has an intimate setting with a welcoming environment. The customer service is even better than the food, and the staff is accommodating with allergies and mistakes. The 3 roll special is excellent. This place never disappoints, and the food is always worth the wait. It is a go-to spot for sushi and hibachi.
