When I go into a restaurant or fast food place, I look at managers and workers, and this place lacks any real leadership from its managers, specifically the one working evening, she will be working the grill while other employees run around, theirs no structure, then still cannot get food out in timely manner all while giving out orders to people in random order, not in order in which they came. It looks terrible, as long as this one manager is here.
