Carson was such a good manager to let us try the gumbo! Chicken and sausage has never been our favorite but we are converted! Absolutely delicious and their shrimp poboy is just as good as on the Gulf! Thank you !

That's what red beans and rice should taste like. Service is great. Super nice people. Art of Roux provides a 10 out of 10 experience, making it a must-visit for a classic poboy experience.
