The burgers were absolutely great—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The red beans and rice, though, completely stole the show—phenomenal flavor, perfectly seasoned, and truly comforting. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone looking for delicious Cajun-inspired food.
I hardly ever leave reviews, but this place is amazing. Feels like you’re in NOLA with the flavors. The Debris Fries and Jambalaya was our favorite. So fresh you could burn your mouth and super sweet staff 💕
Ordered shrimp poboy and it is delicious. So much shrimp on the sandwich. Red beans and rice so good. That's what red beans and rice should taste like. Can't wait to try their other food options. 1st time there and definitely want be my last. Please visit Art Of Roux, Hattiesburg ms. You want be disappointed. Service is great. Super nice people.
