I had a few moments to myself today. Very laid back atmosphere. I ordered 6 carnitas taco maiz. I drizzled it with guacamole, sour cream and I washed 4 down with a negra modelo. End to a perfect day?
I love street tacos and they have a large selection of proteins. Their Taco Tuesday special has: carne asada, barbacoa, pollo, chorizo, alpastor, carnitas and suadero I had 1 of each and they were all very good. The red and green sauce were tasty and hot. I did takeout and they prepared it very quick.
Came in seeking Birria Tacos and Consomme... surprised they had it. Tried it and it lacked seasoning. It tastes like nothing...! I mean absolutely nothing. Consomme tasted good by itself but the tacos had not a taste whatsoever. I gave it a second try and ordered queso and chips a week later. The chips were overcooked and inedible. I was disappointed because I've heard great things. The guac was by far the best thing they had from what i've ordered.
