However, there is no charge to park. Additionally, handicapped spaces are very prevalent, especially at the front of each individual store. ♿️?️?️? ???

I was told this location doesn't carry the sour cream and onion pretzels. What a bummer. That's the only flavor that my family likes. No use in going back to this location. I hope it's not like this at all locations.

Walked into the mall in Hattiesburg to get multiple pretzels for my familyAnd they were out of everything. All lights were on in displays and staff still there. With an hour and a half still in business hours remaining. Corporate needs to fix this issue.

not the first time they only had pretzel nuggets. when 2 girls were working, there were only pretzel nuggets available. not only this, but they where rock hard, stale, and seemingly +4 hours old. i had a coupon for free pretzel nuggets but still got charged $7 for these rocks, essentially. i don’t like to waste food but it was inedible. it’s such a shame, auntie anne’s pretzel nuggets and cheese are a must for me, but not while I’m visiting turtle creek. my advice? save your time and money. seriously an upsetting way to spend my last $7. really sad that you can’t cut 5 types of pretzels every hour or two, i don’t see the difficulty.
We just left and I have to say that Chris has to be one of the friendliest people I've met. Thank you for great service and a delicious pretzel!

We have been to the mall 4 times in the last 2 weeks and they never ever have any pretzels available for sale, the people behind the counter just stand around all day, you never see them prepare or bake anything and when you walk up to them they say it will be about 25-30 minutes for a pretzel to be done, I told them what I wanted, came back 30 minutes later and they have not even started on it yet, worse pretzels stand I have ever been to, I want to spend my money there but they wont take it

They never have what you're wanting to purchase. When you ask how long it will take, they either gaslight you or say, "the dough has to set". I go for a pretzel($4) the other day... tell me why I'm charged $6.50 and handed a cup of old pretzel bits.... Meanwhile you're literally getting less of the product when it's in a cup and not in pretzel form. Problem can't be resolved because the manager is nowhere to be found.
