The food was so delicious! Although the service was a bit slow, the gumbo and blackened redfish were absolutely amazing. The greens and cornbread could use some improvement. Just relax and enjoy the experience, there's no rush, you'll be here for quite some time.
Blu Jazz Cafe might not be the largest restaurant, but it definitely makes up for it with great food, a solid drink selection, and a relaxed, down-to-earth atmosphere. My husband and I had dinner here after a show at the Saenger and we had an amazing first experience! We loved the aesthetics of the place. Very intimate vibe in an industrial chic setting.
