Alaina was amazing at covering the front desk and simultaneously covering the prizes and was so helpful and great spirit.

Multiple of the games did not give you the tickets that you “won”. We hit 15-20 but it would only give you 6-9 depending on the game. We travel and hit chuckecheeses as a family and the place was great but sucks we were being shorted tickets.

It was extremely busy, but overall a decent Chuck E. Cheese. It took about 7 minutes to get our passes, and then another 10 minutes at the ticket counter before someone finally came to help us. Several employees saw us standing there and didn’t say anything — no “someone will be right with you,” nothing. It actually took the manager physically guiding an employee to the counter to get us helped, like no one wanted to deal with it.

We love this place!! Especially now that they have the $7.99 a month membership where the kids gets 40 games a day that can be split between them!!! We stayed about an hour and they got 20 games each and that was plenty!!! And we can go anytime we want!! Love this idea!!! Hopefully it works out we live an hour and 15 min away but I think it'll save money in the long run!!!
