This location is the absolute worst. I ordered 3 burgers to be delivered and they forgot to put one of the burgers in the bag. They are always forgetting to include something in my orders. I figured the door dash driver would check to see if all items were included, but I guess she didn't. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the missing burger, BK refused to refund me and only offered a coupon. The service from the staff was very poor; they were very racist and didn't give us what we ordered. This happened in Hattiesburg—at the location across from the mall.
So I ordered a whopper meal and when I got my cup the cashier had her thumb inside the cup. So I asked for a new cup. The cashier then put the old cup back to give to the next customer. That’s just disgusting!!!!
