me & my daughter decided to come eat with y'all because we don't have a dine in and all you can eat buffet in petal no more the pizza was fresh & hot salad bar look good the server did a good job checking on us and recommend Pizza hut on weathersby road in Hattiesburg by turtle Creek mall will be back
Bad experience, high volume door dash drivers crowding the register area, fountain drinks were all flat, no ice. Server brought our order out in boxes, we had told the lady that took our order we were dining in twice!! No plates or folks were given to us,
No napkins either. Had to get up and get it ourselves and Pizza was not cooked all the way either. Customers that are dining in should not have their orders delayed due to DoorDash drivers. Very disappointing 😡

Something has changed,
Pizza taste old, no sauce no cheese.
Long waits in lobby, and drive-through. No good customer service they barely speak to you or talk to you.
The buffet is trash, old salad, warm and unappetizing.
I keep giving this location chance after chance because it is convenient to my house. But something has to change.

Pizza Hut is a pleasant restaurant that serves hot, fresh, and exclusively Pizza Hut food. The staff is friendly and cheerful, with a young lady being particularly welcoming. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, making it a great spot for regular visits. The lunch buffet is a highlight, with a wide variety of options. Pizza Hut also delivers promptly, with a friendly driver. Guests, including those with service animals, feel welcome. The pizzas are a hit, with perfect crusts and plentiful toppings. Overall, Pizza Hut is a great choice for a satisfying meal.
