“This is our favorite wing place around they have the best onion rings and fries. My only complaint is they don't have a good in-between hot sauce they have hot honey bbq which is no different from their honey bbq or they have Loco Caliente which is way too hot to enjoy I have asked them if they could mix them but the way they sauce the wings they cant“
“1st time at Ed's. I'm on a quest for the perfect burger. The Bacon Cheeseburger was excellent!! However, when serving fresh, never frozen beef, as advertised, you should always ask how the customer wants it cooked, which they didn't. My wife had the chicken tenders, which were outstanding!! Ed's is a place we'll be coming back to. I just wish it had more of a cozy feel to it.“

Pretty much any other venue pales in comparison to this place. I always wondered when someone would take the opportunity to put a spot out at this location in this area.It doesn't have that cheezy "make-do" band in a restaurant vibe or same ole nasty dive-bar look. It looks like an intentional design.“
“On the 7-hour drive home from a disastrous weekend getaway, we really REALLY needed some comfort food. We decided to try somewhere off the interstate. What we found was Murky Waters BBQ. The service here was outstanding. We were told it was just 1 guy in the kitchen but that didn't diminish the quality of the service or the food. I got the brisket and my wife got the blackened chicken - both were outstanding. We decided to make Murky Waters our go-to in Hattiesburg since we usually roll through here around lunch time on the way to New Orleans and around dinner time on the way back. Thank you, Murky Waters! You guys were just what we needed.“
“The food and service here are wonderful! I actually really like the atmosphere despite the 3☆. The food is very upscale, both in the flavors and presentation, yet the atmosphere is more like a pub and not an upscale pub. I love both, but if I'm at a pub for lunch, I want pub food, not a $100 gourmet meal for two. Gabby was a wonderfully attentive waitress! I'll definitely order food to go from here and if they ever remodel, I'll be first in line for a Grand Re-opening!“
“The best wings!! And a pretty darn good burger. My family came on a Friday night, they had a birthday party going on so I believe they were slammed. It took us over an hour to get our food and I got boneless which took longer than anyone else's so that's my only complaint. The place has tvs everywhere with sports playing so if you want to watch a good game with delicious food, this is a good place to go. I got the Cajun honey and garlic Parmesan wings with their fries and it was soooo good. My husband got their "spanky" burger and it was delicious, there was a fried egg bacon cheese, I mean what's not to love. The pricing was the best part, it is so much cheaper than other wing places. Overall a good experience, I definitely recommend coming on a less busier night.“
“I ate there last night and this morning. Last night I had a cheese pizza and fries. Usually I don’t like restaurant kids cheese pizza but burger theory changed my mind. It was a very good chesse pizza, and the fries were seasoned very well. When I walked in it kinda smelt like a bathroom but I mean it’s fine. This morning I ate sausage, eggs, and a muffin. I had yogurt but it was expired . It’s fine, I was full anyway. Burger Theory is really good and the waiters are so nice. PLEASE go eat at burger Theory you will like it so much!! ???“
“I stopped by the Hattiesburg location on my way from work. I didn’t want anything heavy so I decided to try out their Wild Alaskan fish sandwich combo. It was fresh,hot, and it didn’t have a wild taste. 10 minutes down the road and you could still feel the heat through the wrapper!“
“My hamburger was good but the fries weren't very good however I'm sure if I had asked they would have made some fresh for me. They were very friendly. If you're eating inside eat quickly because the restaurant was so cold that my food got cold very quickly.“
“I went there a few nights ago and was told there was a 40 minute wait. I decided not to stay so I went back 3 days later for being it was slow. I got my food in no time. The delicious smell of the wings coming from the bag made I knew I was about to be in heaven. Sure enough I was. I order the 12 piece Bone in Cajun and Hot flavors with a side salad. Everything was amazing.“
“I went through the drive thru and the ease of order is good. The lady was polite. The food was hot. My fries were a little undercooked. I ask for condiments and she didn't hesitate to supply me like most restaurants. The service was good. Overall I have no complaints, I can't rate the atmosphere because again I did not go inside. Sorry I started eating before I took the picture I was hungry.“
“We had a great experience at Ward’s (717 Bartur in Hattiesburg, MS) today. Even though my order was not correct, they accepted responsibility and took care of it cheerfully. All of the employees, from the cashier to the service line workers were very nice & positive to deal with. Even the employees I didn’t have the opportunity to interact with seemed pleasing and happy to be at work. It was refreshing to have this experience at a time when it’s difficult to find good help in this industry.“
“For some reason this place is great. The interior recently got a nice and needed face lift, the food is pretty good. The gumbo is ON POINT!! The service is up and down though. You'll either get a nice happy gal or grumpy one who doesn't like people. Either way I still come back and enjoy every bit of Gold Post!!“

“Returning to Mississippi for the Christmas break, my family was worn out from a prior day of shopping and an entire present day of driving. Made it to Mississippi to see my 5 grandkids. Guess what?! MORE TIRED ?. But now, we're hungry, too. Like HUNGRY. But we've got mom too, so we can't just go "anywhere." So why not go somewhere that we can never go when back home because back home doesn't have it. So WARD'S It was. And it was like being back at Southern Mississippi in the 80s. They've been here since 78. They were the NEW BURGER PLACE when I got to Hattiesburg. Now, they're simply just the BEST. ??. Hot fresh delicious food that's still logically priced. When they really could charge a LOT more. But then again. Family doesn't overcharge family.Dietary restrictions: I don't eat beef or pork. So the grilled chicken combo was a clutch play.“

“I'm staying in Hattiesburg for about a month and have eaten here a few times. Everything I've had has been great. Their biscuits (they serve breakfast until 2!) taste homemade. Also, the chicken tenders, fried cheese triangles and Mississippi Melt burger on sourdough are delicious.“

“The food was good, I had sauteed crab claws, shrimp and grits, with a salad and asparagus. The shrimp and grits are definitely different from the norm they have a nice flavor but I wasn't crazy about the texture. The asparagus was delicious! The service was outstanding. We went early to beat the crowd so we didn't have to wait.“
