I just purchased breakfast at the Broadway Drive location and after waiting 22 minutes in the drive thru to get a cold chicken biscuit, I noticed a "supplemental fee" tacked on my receipt. I didn't agree to pay this fee when I ordered and absolutely wouldn't want to tip for slow service and cold food. this is a terrible business practice.
Worst experience ever. Don’t go there. Service was terrible and food was not much better. Service was non existent. Employees were too busy on their phones to get my call in order that had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long while I waited. Employee just walked off when I walked to the register to get my food. Food was cold by the time I was actually given it. DO NOT GO TO TOPHERS!
The best made-from- scratch biscuits in town and fast service. 5 of 5 stars!!!

Overall, it's an okay spot for breakfast, with room for improvement in food quality and service efficiency.
