I was a little worried walking in but the service was great and the food was good. Baked chicken, cabbage, greens all tasted like they were cooked at home rather than a restaurant.
The baked chicken,fried chicken and pig feel were good! The Mac and cheese was really sweet, like alot of sugar was added. The rice and gravy were so mushy like it was mashed potatoes and there was a weird after taste. The corn was fresh corn on the cob, but lacked butter and salt. The staff was friendly and hard working. It was clean and you had amazing seating options.
Showed up shortly after five. Both this app and the posted hours on the store said they closed at six. I called, but there was no answer. I’m happy to change this review once I eat there. I drove 17 minutes to get there.
