Shockingly horrible customer service. We were mocked for asking a question by an employee who should have realized they had not hung up the phone. A simple yes or no question does not need any disrespect only an answer.

I rarely ever post bad reviews but this one definitely earned it… Started off with the waitress not telling me there was a dollar up charge for EACH roll I wanted to add cream cheese until the bill came out and the stuff was not even rolled into it. It was about the size of a pencil eraser pushed into the side of each piece. They were definitely friendly and welcoming but then I get home and start feeling terrible not know what happened I am now spending the night in the bathroom with food poisoning horrible stomach cramps and shooting outta both ends …… absolutely never going back there if you eat anything raw there make sure it’s cold atleast i had the tuna roll and regret every it of it. It wasn’t even all that good

Kimchi ramen did not smell right/fresh. Could not eat it. Sushi is ok, service is incredibly slow. They are kind people though. If you order the all you can eat sushi, be prepared to wait 2 hours for everything to come out. This was with 2 other patrons in the restaurant, so being busy was not the issue.

Really good food at a great price. I ordered the teppanyaki and it was better than any hibachi I’ve had in town. It had a really nice sort of charred wokhei flavor and the veggies still had the perfect amount of crunch. My husband ordered a ramen bowl and he said that was really good too. We ordered shumai and egg rolls for our appetizer again, amazing. Our entire meal was $45 which is crazy good compared to some of the other places in town, and I honestly think the food was better. I don’t know why there was hardly anyone in there. Must be that the old management ran it into the ground or something, but it’s really so good. Definitely go here!

I saw a sign of new management so wanted to give it a try. Lunch time was $19.99 which was very reasonable. It was quiet during lunch and our waitress was amazing. Checked on us often and answered any questions we had. Yum yum sauce was also delicious and not every Japanese restaurant has great yum yum sauce! I wish there were images/descriptions to describe the menu items but other than that everything was delicious! I was so full and it was a delightful experience. I loved how the place resembled Japan with the robot bring the meals. I will be returning and highly recommend to visit the place under new management.

This was a really cool place to visit. I got the buffet, which is a different kind of buffet. You select 3 dishes at a time, and a little robot delivers it. ALL the food was delicious, and it has a really nice vibe.
This was our first visit to IKKO. They were not busy, but it was 2pm. The hostess was very friendly and service was superior to the last dozen restaurants I have visited. Not over the top, but attentive and nice. The ramen bowls we ordered were spectacular and the rolls were done to perfection. I must admit the lack of cars in the parking lot made me nervous, but I’m hoping people find out about this place, so I can continue to make this a frequent stop. Stop here with confidence that the food is great and the service similar to the yesteryears. My son loved the little robot that can bring dishes to your table too.
