Ordered using the app. Pulled through the drive through. Waited 10 minutes before it was even acknowledged i was at the window. Was asked to pull around. Sat another 30 minutes outside before going in to ask how much longer it was going to be. Was advised that they were short staffed - 5 team members were in plain view. Sat another 20 minutes inside watching other orders be fulfilled while waiting on mine, including walk ins that had ordered the same size orders i had ordered....read full review
when I received my order thru door dash I was missing items and when I contacted Krystals and ask to speak with manager about it the woman ask me what it was about I told her she gone tell me that's not their problem I had to contact door dash about it even worse I paid OVER $50 FOR THIS ORDER!!! WILL NEVER use this Krystal's again!!!! the pic is a screenshot of the convo with the doordasher she even tried to tell them the order was wrong and they REFUSED to fix it!!!!
