I had a cup of dark chocolate and pistachio with Oreo. The dark chocolate was very flavorful and the ice cream had a wonderful texture, I could not taste the pistachio but it was still good, it just tasted like sweet cream. It's a nice place in a nice area with excellent service. Thanks.

The ice cream was a solid representation of the brand but, this place has MAJOR customer service issues and it's my fault for not reading the reviews before coming here. Here's a minor "suggestion": It might be a good idea to start closing down when its actually closing time. I got there a little after 930PM and there was literally a line to the door. There were two people employees there but only one was working on serving the substantial queue. The other was too busy starting the closing process. I waited in line until they officially closed and counted, an older gentleman, 4 couples and a family of 8 all leave. Hey management, I know you don't want your employees there too late after closing, but at the expense of significant lost sales? In this economic climate? Do better.

Ice cream is fine but the place is filthy and smells like a toilet when you walk inside. Never any AC either! The place needs a deep clean or it should honestly be shut down for unhealthy conditions

Ice cream was good. The business was filthy. Floors, walls, under the cold case all need a thorough cleaning. The man behind the counter was wearing a stained discussing tee shirt and was making waffle conesI would think twice about coming here to eat.

The quality of the ice cream at that place is mediocre, as it consistently arrives half-melted whenever we visit. Moreover, the flavors they offer are practically indistinguishable, with only a subtle variation in taste. Additionally, we have frequently encountered unfriendly or passive-aggressive behavior from the employees.
This was our first visit to the Creamery, and it won't be the last!! There are so many flavors and so many ways you can get it, I highly recommend you visit at least once, it's great!!

Ms. Chloe was working tonight and did an amazing job! I came in around 6 and she was working by herself, with a line to the door and a smile on her face. She was killing it, all while having a great attitude!!Although I had a good experience, Management needs to do better about getting them young girls some help, especially at night alone on a shift!! DO BETTER.

I've bought quart sized before and asked for mix in's, and they mix it. Went there tonight, and they scooped the ice cream in the container and just put the toppings on top. They didn't even try to mix them together. I'm not sure if this is a new policy since it's been about a year since I've been here, but both workers acted like that was normal. I mean, that's what marble slab is, ice cream with mix ins, not icream with toppings. If I wanted that, I'd go to Baskin Robbins.

i want to begin this with a disclaimer: it could have been the DAY i went, i have had god experiences with marble slab before but this location is NOT the best, far from it! i have been here twice. both times it was MELTING! when they gave it to me! the lady working gave me a cup to put my cone into (at that point i was telling everyone in line to get a cup behind me) and then the whole friend group i was with proceeded to have food poisoning. something was off with the ice cream that day! it was such a bad experience that i might NEVER go back to this location! the only reason this is 2 stars and NOT 1 is because other locations are good! definitely disappointed in this.
