We used to dine here on a monthly basis, but hadn't been in a couple of years. On this visit the menu seemed pricey when compared to their counterparts in the area. They were also out of a couple of things which surprised me since we were there at just after 5 p.m. Newts is well liked by many, so by all means if you haven't been, give them a try and make your own conclusions.
The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. I went to eat for the 1st time on a Friday and it was packed. I ordered the Voo doo pasta and fried okra, it was yummy 😋. I highly recommend anyone to visit 😊
The restaurant was nice. There was a single acoustic guitar singer there. Our server was knowledgeable and very attentive. We got the Fried crab claws as an appetizer they were ok. My son got the chicken strip platter and my husband got the seafood platter with two sides. I got the 2 boiled lobsters with 2 sides. One would have been plenty. Our server told us they were huge and I thought she was just talking about the lobster tails. I was wrong. When she brought my plate to me...
