We eat at Rose's BBQ when we're in South Hattiesburg. The food is delicious!

Roses BarbB-Q & Catering offers amazing BBQ with great hickory smoked meats. The best brisket around is not too salty and juicy. The pork ribs and pulled pork sandwiches are great. The yellow (mustard) based potato salad and coleslaw are some of the best ever. The Potato Logs are super fresh out the grease and great. The food is pretty good and not super expensive. The customer service is wonderful, with polite workers who give amazing suggestions. The place has a nice little dining area and the convenience of a country store. Some sides were limited and they sometimes do not have fries. The lines can be confusing, but the food is well worth the wait. Flies are a complaint, especially if dining in. The restaurant needs a bigger place with more parking.
