It was my first time trying this location and I very much appreciate the service that was given to me, even though the restaurant was close to closing. They still practiced quality service and kept surfaces clean while pushing the last few orders out. Food is delicious also ???

They charge alot and you get nothing . They put half the fried rice and entree of what they did before. It seems inflation has hit panda express more then anyone else. Seriously this is shame , the portions so small it should be a kids meal for 4 to 7 yrs old . I'll never eat here again . The kungpao chicken was literally 1 tablespoon. This place is a joke .

I walked in at 10:05am. They open at 10am. Almost no food on the line. I get it, I worked in fast food before so I get it that not all the food is ready at open. But 45 minutes later, it’s almost 11 o’clock and I’m still waiting for them to start cooking my order. Ridiculous.
I am SICK of going here.... Always a wait for 4 to 10 minutes. Then it turns into 30 minutes or longer because they LOST my ticket. Everytime!!!!!!!!!!!

Food has recently gone downhill (again). However, the customer service is worse than the food and the manager is so rude. I was told I couldn’t pickup my mobile order thru the drive thru anymore (since when?), ok fine. So, I park and go in, haul my kids in with me to get our order, and no one greets us or takes any notice. The manager(?) was blatantly ignoring me while talking to another employee (showing her things on the line), the drive thru worker was staring at me and a few other employees walked right by or stared at us but NO ONE said anything until finally the employee the manager had been talking to came over to help us. We were the only customers in the restaurant AND or order was wrong, which was only discovered after we got home. Truly disappointing. Not like you expect amazing from a drive thru, but come on… for $50 I expect a little bit of customer service and the right order.
