Panda Express offers a variety of meal options, including small, plate, and large plates with different combinations of main dishes and staple foods such as vegetables, meat, fried noodles, and fried rice. The taste is stronger than the buffet version, and it is recommended to pair the meals with a drink to balance the saltiness. The service is generally good, with staff maintaining cleanliness and providing quality service even near closing time. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially those like Mary, who are known for their great customer service and making customers feel special.
Recent reviews mention that the orange chicken is usually good, but the fried rice often comes out super dry and lacking soy sauce, which could be improved. Some customers have experienced issues with sauces, noting that despite requesting extra chili sauce multiple times, they received no sauce at all with their orders. Overall, the food is tasty and orders are correct, but there are occasional concerns about food quality and consistency. Panda Express remains a decent Chinese fast food option with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere, though there is room for improvement in food quality and customer service.
