Well, yesterday, I had a bad experience with DoorDash. I called into the store and a young fella name Alex told me to come to the store and he will get my order right so today I went to the store he made my order correctly was real polite and nice a good customer service skills and the food was actually delicious compared to yesterday… I most definitely will be returning it matters when they show you that you matter… Thank you, Alex
Don't ask for Dasani water. Its only available with kid meals.
It takes a LONG time between ordering at the drive thru and getting to the window. Way to long for a simple fill up your plate with what you ordered and hand it to you. Losing business by not dedicating at least one person to the drive thru. I was committed but I witnessed 4 cars change there mind or just leave. So long that by the time you get to the window they are out of what you ordered. Last time for me. Too stressful. Been in line 20+ minutes and only served 2 vehicles....read full review
