Overall food was tasty and my order was correct. My only concern is that I stressed about 3-4 times on my online order that I wanted 3 sauces offered with my items and emphasized I wanted extra chili sauce. I was dying for something spicy to add to my food however, I received NO SAUCE whatsoever. Little disappointing considering you pay decent money to receive no sauce with your order even though you asked several times.
MARY! I LOVE YOU MARYYYYY! This woman rocks. Anytime I get off of work and pick up some food to bring back to my apartment, she’s always running drive-thru and she always makes me feel so special. Great customer service, if you’re into sarcastic, funny and attractive girls (you should be).
They are frequently out of the dishes that I want and so you either have to wait 15-20 minutes or choose something you don’t really want. That is my biggest frustration.
