Worst place I have ever been ! I wait for my food for like 40 minutes and the manager I guess is the manager was so so rude and unprofessional ! Just don't go there if you don't want to have the worst experience of your live ! O and the food was extremely bad !

This was by far the worst Popeyes experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked in, the cashier acted like customers were an inconvenience. We weren’t greeted, acknowledged, or treated with even basic courtesy.
While we were waiting, a family that had come from a graduation ceremony received their food before us. The woman took one bite and realized the chicken wasn’t spicy like she specifically ordered. When she politely told the cashier, the cashier immediately responded with an attitude, asking “What did you order?” in a rude tone. The customer calmly repeated that she ordered spicy white meat, only for the cashier to snap back again saying they “don’t have spicy white meat, only dark meat.”
The customer explained she did not order dark meat and simply asked how long it would take for spicy white meat. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the cashier rolled her eyes, asked the cook, then came back saying “15 minutes” with another nasty attitude and sarcastically asked, “Anything else?” It was obvious she hated her job and had zero respect for customers.
The customer finally told her there was no reason to be rude just because she disliked her job, and the cashier became even more disgruntled. What made the situation even worse was that the manager stood there watching the entire interaction happen without stepping in. Only after the customer directly confronted the manager about the cashier’s behavior did the manager refund the money.
This location has terrible customer service, rude employees, poor management, and an overall toxic atmosphere. No customer should ever be treated the way people were treated here. I will never return to this Popeyes and would strongly recommend others avoid it as well.

The new store manager Darell is absolutely amazing. He is getting this store into shape and he is not playing around when he comes to his customers I can tell you that. Darell is EXACTLY what this store desperately needs. He will turn this into a 5 star location for sure because he is all about freshness and quality. His store is clean as well. The owner made a damn good decision making Darell the store manager of this store because he values his customers 100%. I was very happy today when I came to havw my order replaced. He even got rid of the bad apple who was giving bad service. Good job Popeyes with handing this store to Darell because he is definitely the Emeril LaGasse of Fast Food 💯
