We were passing thru town, and found Sky on Google. This is not a traditional "show" hibachi restaurant. However, the food is phenomenal! We both ordered the shrimp hibachi and shared a sushi roll. The soup is delightful, the salad was served with a light dressing. The rolled-to-order sushi was incredible. Best sushi I've had in Mississippi so far. We'll make the 1.5 hour drive just to come here. Large cuts of fish, fresh, good rolls, customer service was good. Highly recommend.

I want to give this place 5 stars on everything because my wife and I loved to eat here. However, it is no longer Sky Sushi and hibachi. It is just sky sushi,because they do not sell hibachi and have not for a long time. It is very disappointing because they had the best hibachi in a hundred mile radius.
