So sad to see how the service and quality has gone down over the years. Ice is chunky not smooth like a snowball and hardly any syrup. We wasted $26 on ice chunks after waiting 45 min.
Coming from Hawaii. Home of the shaved ice. There is no reason I should be waiting 40 minutes in line with 3 cars ahead of me. Sorry.
