When you’re craving a shake, you pull in and order the shake on your app and then you tell them what stall you’re in. You see the status on the screen shows it’s in the kitchen being made three minutes later it tells you. Francys it’s on their way to bring you your order. 10 minutes later you’re still waiting in an empty parking lot. Can we say they are trying to cheat their ticket times?
