We got boiled crabs and boiled shrimp. The crabs were way too salty and overcooked. The shrimp were seriously overcooked and rubbery. Basically a totally wasted and expensive purchase.
This month I've tried 3 different dishes from Tiangle. All 3 were hits. I tried the smoked shrimp dip, 9/10. Great with crackers. Secondly I tried the crab leg pan on Labor Day. It waa flavorful and cooked well. 9/10. Lastly, the catfish plate. 10 /10.
Boiled crawfish is absolutely terrible. Too salty and they’re not purged. Employees are rude and and often ignore customers.
