Just pulled off because I couldn't get service! Set at the intercom for 6 mins. It's 12:45pm and there are no cars in front of me in the drive thru and a line of cars behind me. I said Hello 3 times and no answer. Horrible! They need to be trained better or new employees.

Got there about 12:30 pm, so it was busy. All employees had a smile and working very hard. I ordered a Cobb salad and a small drink, but then the cashier smiled and asked if I was a senior, I said yes, and he said I got a free small drink. I didn't even think to ask, great service! The salad was very good. Also, the entire time I was there there was an employee cleaning the dining area. A well run business and shift.

This place blows. Never gets our order right especially with delivery. Stuff on burger we didn't want. Bread was stale. Meat was dry on one sandwich and not good at all. All in all this location is one of the worst I've ever been through.

The drive thru worker did not respond.pulled to the window and she says you have to order at the speaker...she has a very nasty attitude and cut me off when I wasn’t complete with my order and then told me they did not have a menu item that when I asked the manager they totally did. he was also very rude. I did not trust them to make anything for me.

The worst Wendy's in the area. Go to ANY other location and you'll have an experience that's ten times better.The workers are slow as Hell, and they shove your food to you out of the window with nasty looks on their faces without a word. Incapable of basic customer service, and the food is most definitely going to be cold if not completely incorrect.

The people working at this location have no sense of customer service. It’s like the more you order the more they get an attitude with you. I have been to this location several times, they interrupt me before I finish talking and they have attitude. I will not be coming here again.

I had to ask for my buns to be toasted when I thought they always came that way. But was told only premium buns were toasted. But the manager did remake my hamburgers, which made them taste so much better.
