I went to Wendy’s earlier tonight and used the drive thru. The young lady was very patient and polite when taking my order.
Had to keep repeating everything at the window. When I got my food the lady never gave me a straw for my drink so I waited for about 4 minutes for her to just look at me. She told me there was one in the bag and I said theres not, and she looked at me like I just slapped her momma in the face and was about to commit a war crime and she kept almost handing me the straw then pulling her hand away from me. Like lady. Give me the dang straw. Ate all my food out of my bag, zero straw....read full review

Wendy's offers a mixed experience. While the outside of the building is nice and the staff is hardworking and friendly, some orders can be messed up, and the food may not always be dressed as ordered. However, the food can come quickly. On the plus side, there is great service, like free drinks for seniors. The Cobb salad was delicious. While some details like toasted buns may vary, a manager was accommodating and remade hamburgers, greatly improving the taste. The food was hot and fresh, and the waiting time was respectable.
