Horrible service at Hattiesburg location. We have always loved Zaxby’s but after the way we were treated last night, we will never be back. We placed our order for 1 meal, one appetizer and two drinks. That’s it. The cashier asked our name and got our drinks (apparently the drink station was not working). Downloaded, and then confirmed (via test sent to my phone), the APP during the free snack meal promotion. I got to Zaxby's and the app would not allow me to log in. For half-an-hour I sat in the parking lot trying. It would not allow me to reset pass word (for days I tried this and never received an email to reset). I tried to create a new account.
