We order online and never got our order! We went to the location and waited for our food. We were waiting for a long time and tried to ask the worker how long it would be. The lady behind the counter deliberately ignored us and would not help us. We tried multiple times and she would not give us the time of day. We have NEVER have a good experience here. This location is horrible.
I brought my family in to eat here and the kids were beyond excited. I walked in the door and the first thing the lady snapped at me was “WE’RE TOO BUSY. YOU CAN’T PLACE AN ORDER IN THE STORE.” I was understanding about it and asked how i could go about placing an order online as the website was saying i was blocked. The lady rolled her eyes, huffed at me, and hollered “WE’RE BACKED UP. WE HAVE TOO MANY ORDERS. I’M TRYING TO GO HOME. YOU CAN’T ORDER ANYTHING HERE.”...read full review
I have been trying to contact the company for refund for being double charged and still no response I work to hard for my money to be taken like this
