Yamato Japan is a surprising find for lunch or dinner. The hibachi is amazing, with friendly service and a quiet atmosphere. The sushi is good, but some dishes need a little extra flavor. Despite a small issue with spoiled tuna, the overall food quality is outstanding. The shrimp yaki soba is a perfect choice. Fast service and a pleasant ambiance make this a great spot for a meal with friends.
The food is always hot and fresh. Vegetables can be cooked well-done, and the food is seasoned to perfection with a nice taste. While the portions may be small for the price, the food is very yummy. There is no additional charge for the yum-yum sauce. The waitstaff is friendly, helpful, and attentive.
