From start to finish five stars! Having been in the restaurant business previously for over 17 years, my other half has approved! Hold temps on food were great! Food was hot, fresh and delicious. We love the salad bar so GC is a hot spot when we travel if it is on the way! Xavien was so kind checking us in, Brittany was a great server and our manager was very friendly. We went for the breakfast buffet. Absolutely wonderful!!!! We enjoyed it much better than the lunch or dinner. All the employees were happy and super friendly. The food was delicious. Best breakfast in
