“It’s a home cooked buffet with plenty of food and desserts
Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetables but it depends on what your looking for. Just give them a call if you’re interested in stopping by for lunch or dinner.
Dietary restrictions: This is good ole southern cooking at its finest!!!“

“Not my first rodeo here.
Back during one of numerous power outages we experienced during the winter, I brought my family for Sunday lunch rather than stay in a cold, dark house being miserable. Let me tell you, other than a wobbly table, the service was warm and the food was delicious, all like a big hug during a time of despair.
I've also brought my mother on Mother's Day and if we hadn't made it as early as we did, it would've been standing room only.
Today, I was hoping for ribs because we've had them on the Sunday bar before, but no dice.
However, both baked and fried chicken and fried catfish were delicious.
So, too, the mac and cheese and dressing.
Greens were definitely from a can and had not been seasoned well but were okay.
Bananas in banana pudding were not ripe yet, which is the whole secret to excellent banana pudding, but I'm sure it's hard to keep up with demand while waiting for bananas to ripen.
Desserts are typically pre-packaged pies and cakes which are pretty good but I avoided this trip.
Problems this visit:
-besides the initial drink we were served, there was absolutely no service thereafter. I had to go find someone to get a refill on my drink-yet I was asked at checkout if I would like to leave a tip for my server
-the ladies room was out of paper towels or the machine was malfunctioning-would've told my server, but...
-the price, the price...$20.00 per person with water, probably more if we'd ordered tea or a soda. Now I'm a big gal, but sorry, even with two trips to the bar, I just don't think I ate enough to justify the cost.
Overall, though, I love coming here, but I'm not a local and maybe they have it figured out better--- well over an hour after opening on a Sunday, the restaurant was nowhere near the capacity I'm used to seeing, with most patrons choosing to-go plates instead of dining in.
And though I've only been on Saturday night and Sundays for lunch, and it's been several years since that Saturday night, I can't say I would recommend that night's buffet unless it's changed. The star of the show-the seafood-was just not good, with many items being and tasting highly processed and pre-packaged.
I still recommend Brando's, especially for that fried chicken, but I also recommend you call ahead for the buffet menu, the price and the hours of operation to ensure you make the most informed choice.“
