The lady that waited on us had decent customer service. There was one lady that worked there that was standing off to the side throwing looks that has thick black rimmed glasses and a very expressionless look on her face. Very rude, I had to ask her three times for ketchup while she ignored me and thought that she was about to go ahead and wait on the next customer without giving me my ketchup... We are traveling through the state and stopped for a quick bite to eat. Randy (the manager) was working the counter and was so nice! He greeted us, took our order, and even tolk6the time to answer our children's questions about what was on each burger. A very pleasant experience.
