The cashier, Sharon was so nice. So personable yet professional.
Extremely long wait in the drive-thru. More than ten minutes.
Person taking orders was negative/unsure, unkept, not pleasant.
Food was about room temperature and thrown together. Edible but not pleasing in temperature or appearance.

I used the mobile app and picked up drive thru. The cold brew is amazing. The window cashier was also very pleasant. Wendys still has some of the tastiest foods compared to other fast food chains at a cheaper price.
