The service is always extremely slow at the Holly Springs, MS location so do not go if you are in a hurry. The way the drive-thru is built once you get in line you can't exit. Additionally, there were people who had to sit and wait until cars in front of them were serviced so that they could leave because once they did get up to the speaker to place their order they were told the card machine doesn't work and only cash was being accepted. My order was correct, but service was extremely slow. There were 3 or 4 cars in front of us, and it took almost 30 minutes to get through the line. It was around 2 pm, so it wasn't a lunch rush or anything.

Stopped with a group. Cashier wasn't able to handle the group and the manager came to the front (to correct an incorrect charge) but he did nothing to help. The cook line was good.
