We had an online order and went thru the drive-thru. It turns out their system was down however they were still able to make our order because it was online and we were super grateful for that. The employees asked us to pull up and over to the side and they brought our food out to us. It did take approximately 15 minutes which I thought was a long time but it was worth it! The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were amazing as always.
They don't close till 10pm, but at 9pm they are out of chicken. They should have seen that the chicken was running low and cooked some more. It takes around 20 minutes to cook more. Then you wait in line for the drive thru for 20 or 30 minutes, although there is at least 4 people inside doing whatever except waiting on customers. Needless to say I and others left and went to KFC. ? ? ? ?

Every thing was lovely!! New staff, fresh food so far!! So glad old staff seems to be gone, especially that raccoon face heifer name Andrea that use to be on day shift with two black eyes, mean looking brod!! Good to see some new smiling faces from customer service staff!! Definitely makes the food taste better looking at pretty faces for change!!
