The food is not as hot and fresh as it used to be. The service is not as good as it used to be. I worked for Captain D's for many years and it was much better back in the 80's, 90's and 2000's. It seems there's no expectation of outstanding food or customer service.
The food is always fresh and hot, but the staff is lacking training in the customer service department. They rush and cut you off before you can get your order out, and act as if you're getting on their nerves. No thank you or come again. It's just passed to us, and window closed. 👎🏾
The food and service were all pretty good. I didn’t enjoy walking on the floor. For some odd reason the floor was very slippery but overall I would definitely come back in the near future.
