I will never visit Hornlake, Ms captain D'S again!! The food was terrible, Customer service needs much training with the manager and employees!! Attitudes all over the place!! I returned my food for a refund!! Shrimps was hard, I asked for my fish to be country fried, and it wasn't!! The green beans weren't a teaspoon full, and they were very, very SALTED ! It's just an all-around bad experience!!!😗😗 I will stick with the Southaven Ms captain D's...
Food was good. Pick up order was ready on time. They didn't miss any items. Inside seemed a bit small and I didn't interact with staff much as it wasn't necessary but I'd definitely return here.
I swear if this place ever closes down I will die. You can't get AUTHENTIC catfish like this anywhere else... and these folks actually don't mind working. Well worth the few mintues' wait time. I will forever stop in when I cone through. Thank you for always having malt vinegar and hot sauce readily available, and for the kind and courteous employees. They deserve a raise.
