I had a really great experience at this location around 2:30 pm on September 8. I came to pick up my mobile order and the general manager, whose name I didn’t catch, was so kind! It’s not often you have experiences at a quick serve restaurant where people make the effort to talk. Not only that, but my bowl was loaded and so fresh! This is the second time I've ordered food and gotten what they want me to get instead of what I ordered. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the food is good when I get what I asked for.
It was filthy in there people just standing around. Too many areas empty why wait until it's gone go whip or refill the spaces. I actually let to go get gas to come back aftering seeing the young lady grab a towel I thought to clean it was STILL filthy after I came back. They tortillas chips was stail I spent $28 in there just buy adding extra to just think I could of went to the store gave no service and made a home meal to eat on probably second & third.
