We had our son’s birthday here a couple of weeks ago, and it was a DREAM. Rodney, the manager, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of every step of the way. He made extra sure multiple times that everyone was doing okay, and if we needed extra stuff, he made sure to help. I absolutely love this location. I personally prefer this one over any of the Memphis locations. It’s never too crowded. The staff is friendly, and for the most part attentive. It’s always clean, but there’s always problems with some of the games. They have the best deals and coupons, especially when you download their app! Need more games and games that actually workKid-friendliness: When there is a birthday for other kids why was my grandson shoved away and ignored!!! I was told it was because someone paid for the birthday and for chuck E to only come out for them!!! I feel that chuck-E should come out at least twice a day to be interactive with all of the kids!!!
