This Popeyes has the worst customer service ever. From the moment they’re taking your order until you get to the window. I asked for some sauce and they lady said if you don’t have tenders then you need to get out of line and come back around and get back in line just to pay for some sauce.. Now does that make any sense??? Please avoid this location at all cost. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is why their reviews are so low now.

We were extremely disappointed!!! The entire experience was awful. I wanted to get my mom a chicken dinner for mothers day but had to wait over an hour for our order inside the restaurant. It was complete mayhem!!! 8 people working but not as a team!! It was a complete nightmare and I was late getting to my moms for mother's day 🤬

Save you TIME AND MONEY!! I ordered online at 1:38. Not a huge order, 2 9pc chicken and 2 lg sides. It’s literally 2:38!!! AN HOUR LATER, and I’ve been here for 45 mins waiting to pick up my food!!!!! And then the employees are rude with attitudes as if THEY are the ones who should be upset and not myself that has spent almost $50 on this subpar food that’s supposed to be fast food and here it is an HOUR LATER still waiting!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO GET A STEAK DINNER FOR THIS PRICE!! This is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for!!!

Today i spent $61 on over cooked, hard chicken. The parking lot smelled of burnt cooking oil as well as the chicken tasted like it. The store, online, and dashers orders were mixed up. Dashers were standing all around the lobby. All complaining of the time. Orders were not being made in order. Staff members were arguing. The manger was in the office on the phone. She walked through the front line never assisting in getting orders out.

After waiting about 30 minutes, I received an incorrect order. It took an additional 43 minutes for my order to be completed.

This place is disgraceful disgusting a customer brought their order in front outside and the workers put the chicken back under the hot light to serve to other customers! I will be calling the state they could have done anything to the food

We came here at 5:25 pm And still in line now which is terrible....I don't know what going on with fast food chain but it terrible we stayed in the line before we got to the speaker for 15 minutes then we got around we had to sit before the yellow pole before we get to the window for 10 minutes then they didn't have all of my order and now we pull up for another15-20 minutes to get the food it's about an hour and some at Popeye and still ain't got no food my husband still in there now waiting on our food..poor services,poor mangement

This is the kind if place where you don't watch them make your food if you want to eat your food. I also ordered strawberry and cream pie and got apple. But that seems to be a common accurance for all locations
