Traveling through, needed to eat and sleep. Normally Arby’s is safe and consistent. Not today. The woman working the drive thru was intentionally rude and our food was horrible. Chicken sandwich was burned, yes burned. The medium roast beef was nowhere near the size it should’ve been. Never once was the words “thank you” uttered by the person working the window. Not a good look Arby’s. Never going to stop here again. Never.

The ppl were polite and the bldg was clean as well as the bathroom. Will be recommending it to be a place to dine in .

Food great! Service is slow, they don't care how slow they are or how many cars get backed up in drive thru! Just pure laziness and horrible customer service! I love Arby's but the one on High Street in Jackson, MS is horrible

Horrible service this day. The person on the intercom was hard of hearing and with each attempt at a confirmation of what I uttered she became more aggravated. I wasn't speaking low, even got closer to the receiver. She however wound start her response loud then mumble towards her finish. This was really frustrating because my request for a repeat seemed to add to her already agitated state. Now the fry question, I do not frequent Arby's so I was unaware of their alternate fry choice. A question to me was "What kind of fries do you want" understanding her to mean size I replied "Medium". This lead her to repeat the question and I my previous reply, only for it to happen a third time with my reply ending with a timid "Can you hear me". She replied in a frustrated and snappy tone "SIR, CURLY OR CRISPY?" and I just answered, now confused and defeated ?"O, curly, the regular". Got my food and the sandwich looked to be thrown in it's box. Side-note, don't go if you're in a time crunch. They weren't even busy at 12:09pm as compared to the surrounding businesses, which is the reason I chose them.

I was going inside but stopped short because there were homeless who were scattered inside and out. I chose the drive-through instead. The person taking the order seemed to talk fast on purpose so I could barely understand what they were saying. I got chicken strips, and they were so overcooked that they were inedible. The curly fries were good, though.

The young lady at the drive-thru window was tried to make me pay 11 dollars for 2 sandwiches. I order the $2 for $6 deal, when I corrected her on her mistake she returned with an attitude. No greetings at the speaker or the window. She was VERY RUDE!!!

Alert rude management, not properly making food, making people sick. On z6/27/24 Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap combo With no tomatoes. Was hungry and made it through over half of my wrap to discover it had bacon on it This does not come with bacon. I am allergic to pork Been having to deal with severe stomach pains due to Management and staff not knowing what the heck their doing. Took wrap back to store and the manager tried to debate with me telling me it comes with bacon. He will not believe me until I showed him the description of what supposed to go on it and I’ve told him I’ve ordered it multiple times and other locations. After this I will think twice before ever going back to Arby’s. I recommend someone goes in and retrains everybody in the store had to do stuff starting with the management. Thanks to their negligence I’m the one having to pay the consequences
