I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant with my mother. The two ladies who were working that day greeted us with smiles, patiently answered our questions and made recommendations for menu items based on our preferences. All I can say is do yourself a favor and give the Mississippi Gumbo a try! The wonderful personalities in addition to the amazing food made our visit quite an experience! I can’t wait to go back!
Nick Wallace has a very different take on Southern Cuisine. His gumbo is truly unique, including greens, black-eyed peas, and Mississippi Grown brown rice. The pork belly BLT is amazing and a really generous portion.
