First time trying Cook Out. Drive thru was quick, though the person taking my order seemed to be in a rush, and the speaker kept cutting in and out. Food was surprisingly great and the quantity was good, too. Don’t like that I got a cup full of ice and not much drink. I wasn’t asked if I would like any ketchup, and wasn’t given any napkins. Didn’t go inside, so can’t rate or review the atmosphere.

Cook Out at the high Street location offers delicious, hot, and fresh food straight off the grill. The sloppy toppings on the hamburger are just as requested, and the walking tacos and chocolate shake are a must-try. The restaurant has received praise for its incredible food and the hardworking, kind, and fast staff. This location has a really good team that works together well to ensure quick service. The pulled pork tray with extra slaw, cheese bites, buffalo chicken wrap, and root beer soda are highly recommended, although some customers feel the portions could be small. The burgers are terrific, and the sides are tasty, but not always plentiful. The restaurant could use some cleaning and improvement in customer service, but the top-tier customer service and welcoming staff make it worth the drive, ensuring a return visit.
