Been to this location on two occasions and always get the spicy bbq nuggets. The workers are microwaving the food during rush hours, instead of cooking it the proper Arby’s way; fried. Don’t get me wrong the sauce on nuggets are good but nuggets aren’t cooked properly. This location clearly needs better management and to learn food safety and handling and not catch attitudes nor curse a customer out when they explain how they like their food properly handled.
HORRIBLE SERVICE - rude person running the window - AND gave me the wrong food! I VERY CLEARLY ordered Honey BBQ boneless wings, and received the Buffalo (SPICY HOT) WINGS - and OF COURSE, did not check it until I got to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This location has gone down hill in a BIG WAY for the past year! they USED to be MANAGED VERY WELL, but not any more!!!!! The workers' were actually friendly and appreciated your business - but NOW, they act like they are being "bothered"!

Employees always smell like alcohol my family encountered this issue on more than two times. We talked to the manager and nothing has changed this location has really gone down hill don't eat here avoid this location at all cost
