AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE experience and wish I could leave zero stars! Placed an online order at 9:56 PM (store hours listed they open until 11 PM). Upon arriving at the store at 10:11 PM the store had all of its lights on, the drive through signs and order board were lit up, and the doors were unlocked. My husband went in to pick up our order and one of the two women employees inside very rudely demanded to know how he got in because they were closed. He explained that the door was unlocked and we had placed an online order. This same employee then laughed and said he was going to have to try to get himself a refund because they were closed and not making any food. The store most definitely charged my credit card, even though according to the employee, they were closed. Now, 7 days later, I’m still trying to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous attitude of employees and store policy to close early yet take online orders, charge credit cards, and then refuse to give food.

Besides the road and parklot, which has massive holes that can rip apart a cars axel, the arbys itself was lacking. Everything was old tasting. The customer service was OK. Bathrooms were both out of order, too.

How can you pass a health inspection and you do not have a operating bathroom and the roof is leaking in the building as you’re ordering food in the food prep area no way they passed it. There must be money exchanging.

Didn’t give us our Apple turn over then accused us of lying with the window open. We got our turn over, but yelling “THEY LYIN” At the top of your lungs then woops is dumb.

Always love this place. My go to when I can't make up my mind and my son actually loves their chicken nuggets.
I wasn’t happy how the restaurant was not a safe place to be. I went into the bathroom and almost fell when I told them it’s a lot of water on the floor the lady manager told me to clean it up when I don’t work there. It’s not far how they run that store. Never going back to Hwy 80 store. I’ll be calling
