I love everything about this place!!! Where do I start?!! The steak quesadillas… the pork burritos… the beef cheek tacos!!! OMG so flavorful and delicious! They are open for the first time on a Tuesday bc of the holidays… so I’ll be there today for lunch!!!
Ohh my family loves this food truck! Best Mexican tacos around and my husband would say the same about the huge burritos. 5 stars….
Best Mexican food I’ve had. Owners were extremely friendly and the food was amazing.

Taquería Rubio 2 is a small taqueria where the food is amazing and very tasty. The local is not welcoming, but never judge a book by its cover. The food here was amazing, including tacos de al pastor and carnitas that came out hot and were a decent size. The tortillas were soft, delicious, and SO fresh and tasty. A barbacoa burrito was steaming hot, and one reviewer said it was one of the best burritos ever. The salsas were spicy. For those looking for authentic menudo, this is the place. The food was incredible. Huge servings of huevos gusto had wonderful flavors. The Tejano(?) music volume was a little much but enjoyable. The grocery selection might be helpful for folks. This is the most authentic place you can get.
