Order was missing a paid for alteration, after brought to the staff's attention I was told the item wasn't in stock anyway. Staff gave major attitude when a remedy was requested.So though the order was mostly correct the customer service and the poor resolving of a even an minor issue are the main reasons for the rating.

It was horrible the drive thru cashier was outside with the headset on and all 3 cars at the drive thru kept hollering hello and she kept putting everyone on hold while she stood outside talking to her friends,not caring that we sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes each,if u don't want patrons just close the restaurant,so people that work hard for their money can go else where.

9/29/2023 ordered 3 whopper meals and 3 burritos.Managed to get 3 cases of norovirus. Can not eat here. It is not safe.

Service was terrible. You have to wait 5 or more mins at the speaker. Then after you order your food drive up together one window that they have open pay for your food then they ask you to back up then they tell you to pull up when your food is ready.
The most trashiest place there is. I placed a mobile order just to get there a she tell me they’re not taking orders and to cancel my order in my app. I didn’t see where to do so so I pulled over in the parking lot and disputed it with CS just for her to take someone else’s order literally 5 mins after me. I won’t receive refund until another 5-10 days. I really don’t appreciate this. Do better!

Is every time I come to this location I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's costing to my house is crazy where I have to drive farther out to get good customer service what a better attitude is every time they have nasty attitudes act like they don't like to come to work if you don't have a problem with coming to work just don't come to work at all no one told you to work in customer service or fast food full always not fresh and they never have what you want just sad
Nice folks at Clinton for sure. Specialty burgers like mushroom and swiss were great! Bring em back!
