I didn't even get a chance to order. The lobby was not full or the drive thru was not busy. If you are on front counter you have no business walking away from that register and it's customers in the lobby who have not ordered their food. I use to work in the fast food industry so they know. You have people who are coming in on their lunch breaks, they shouldn't have to wait ten minutes, or five minutes for someone to take their order. No one has a smile or their face and I was not greeted when I walked in. Once y'all do better with customer service and food, your reviews will get better. When you have people who really don't want to do their job shouldn't even be working in customer service period.

The person in the drive through was rude.. the only thing he said to me was the price of the meal that I ordered and he mumbled that.. I tried to communicate with him after that he he didn't say 2 words.. this place needs to be shut down and completely restaffed with trained employees that know what they are doing.. the food was horrible.. after I got my food I went 30 seconds down the road.. by the time I got to my room.. the food was cold.. so that tells me it wasn't made fresh

Unbelievable, they "waiting on meat" so they told me to come back to the drive through in 10 minutes. No, not that my order would take 10 minutes, they told me to go away and come back later otherwise their "time would go up" and they couldn't have that. Yeah if you can't keep the meat ready, your time SHOULD go up so corporate sees the managers don't know what they're doing

Night time shift is attempting to play the car sensor timer system by asking customers to backup, or pull around to the front door thereby intentially skewing drive-through efficency data and making it look like they're working hard when they're not. Pretty scummy tbh.

If I were the manager, I'd look into whoever was working at approximately 10:30 pm on 12/18/2024, and have a few words with them.

Drive through worker is very rude, unprofessional in the middle of taking our order she completely just disappears, wasn’t listening repeated the drink order 4 times. No gloves when handling food. Overall experience at this Burger King is a MINUS 5 stars. Retrain your employees and then put them back to work Burger King or just fire them.

You could only order drive-thru and the person working on Oct 4th at 8:20 pm did not understand what I ordered. So a Coke Lime turned out as a regular Coke. When picking up food, he was busy texting someone on his phone.
The fries were cold and soggy. The burger was okay.
