Didn’t get to order told that breakfast was over and I couldn’t order lunch for about 5 minutes and was told in a most rude and vulgar manner, they need some customer service manners training. I would be willing to train them correctly and politely. I can’t rate the food because I wasn’t served.
Beside the fact that the food is always disgusting. I have attempted to get iced coffee for the past 3 weeks and I have been being told they don't have it. Its still on the menu but just tell me they don't have it. No explanation at all! Nasty attitudes.

Tried to explain to management that everything in all 3 of my orders today were wrong and that my shakes were SOUP on top of the wrong icee (I'm allergic to cherry!) and she said nothing she can do! Tried to give benefit of the doubt and this is what I get! AWFUL! they refused to even refund or remake the orders!!! Over $80 for the family for no one to be able to consume ANYTHING!!!

I went to this place two times and had bad experiences on both! The first time I ordered my food off the app. Got there and they were closed. Then when the person showed up they said they can't fix my order because it was cancelled when I never did that! The second time was today. Got there the rude employee said they don't have French toast sticks and I had to cancel my order. I asked can they just replace it with something equal value the person said rudely NO. They need to teach their employees better communication with customers! I won't be going to here anymore I rather travel a little bit further for my food from here on out
