I went to the Burger King today for my mother in Jackson, Ms on State Street. Located across the street from Krystal at 4:02 pm for some chicken nuggets for my elderly mother. The lady ask me to pull down behind vehicle waiting. I ended up getting out vehicle at 2:24pm trying to figure out what was going on. I ended up going inside Burger King to demand refund. I feel no one should have to wait this long at any fast food restaurant. The lady that help me was also very snobbish. Very poor customer service with attitude

I usually dont leave review like this but it have to be said the Burger King on State Street needs some work, as with food and Customer Service. I order breakfast and the Ice Coffee taste like its old for the day before and I ask for medium she gave me a small and told the guy who brought out my food that I didnt say up size I just left with the drink due to have to be at work. My food taste so so not so great.

Took 25 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers. Rude staff, and, very sketchy people loitering in the parking lot. Oh, and, the double cheeseburgers were hard and cold. Total waste of money.

Had to wait in line for a while before they acknowledged us. The man in front of us left before getting his order taken so I’m guessing he was there for even longer. Once we got out order, all 8 of our mozerella fries were hollow. No cheese at all. Then they gave us Buffalo instead of marinara sauce. Complete waste of money. I’d give 0 stars if I could

I was the only person in the drive-through and it took 15 minutes to get my meal. But I pulled up to pay. I asked if this was going to take long and they said no.
0 stars, no one ever came to the window. Very unprofessional

The drive thru isn't working! I went to the window and placed my order. The employee's where extremely loud. I could barely hear the young lady that took my order at the window. The young lady taking my order was the best part of today's vist. After a 20min wait the car behind me received their food. So I proceeded inside to check on my order. Once I received it my burger was cold and old fries to. They offered to remake it but I declined. Because why serve me old food to begin with!

The cashier didn’t know how to work the computer to take my order. She was on her phone and acted like she was inconvenienced by me being there. After repeating my order 4 times, it was wrong. I had to wait ten minutes for it to be re made. I will never visit here again.
